2017 Trip rules and regs

REGULATION FOR TRIP OF THE MONTH 2017

Early Bird Draw of $1000 is December 2, 2016. To be eligible for the Early Bird Draw tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, November 30, 2016.
First prize winners may choose one of three options: Choice of one trip valued at $3000, a CAA Travel Gift Certificate valued at $2000 or Cash of $1,500.

The $2000 CAA Travel Gift Certificate must be used in store at CAA, Sarnia towards a trip or travel merchandise sold in the store.
Prizes are transferable only prior to booking with CAA Travel Sarnia 519-344-8686 ext. 39406
No cash value on trip taken and no refund if booked and not used
Trips must be booked within 120 days of draw date
Trips offered were available at the time of printing of tickets and space is subject to availability at time of winning. Blackout dates apply: Feb. 16 – 26, 2017; Mar. 11 – 24, 2017; Apr. 12 – 19, 2017; Oct. 5 – 11, 2017; and Dec. 15, 2017 – Jan. 4, 2018. Should you wish to travel during the blackout period additional costs may apply at your expense.
All offerings are tentative and are subject to change and availability.
CAA Travel has the right to offer available dates subject to terms and conditions, along with an alternative property or destination if original hotel or destination is not available.
The CAA travel voucher or cash are at all times an option.
You are advised to book as early as possible due to space availability.
Winner is responsible for any amounts from countries with a local departure tax collected on their return. CAA Travel will offer and be purchased by winner if needed: air where not included; transfers where not included; advance seat selection; local tours and excursions, cancellation and medical insurance packages along with stop-over hotel parking packages.
Trips outside Ontario will require the winner to hold a valid Canadian passport with the expiry date 6 months beyond the expected return date.
The trip cost is based on double occupancy, single occupancy is available.
A second ticket will be drawn each month for a $100 consolation prize.
In case of dispute, all decisions by the Rotary Club of Sarnia, Ontario Canada are final
Ticket purchaser gives permission for the Rotary Club of Sarnia to publish their name if drawn as a winner.
Tickets can only be sold to Ontario Residents aged 18 years and greater
