REGULATIONS FOR TRIP OF THE MONTH FOR 2019  Rev. 2, Sept.12, 2018.
 
  1. Two Early Bird Draws, the first for $500 on November 18, 2018 during the Rotary TV Auction Live on Your TV and the Second for $1,000 on December 20, 2018, 7pm at Stoke’s Bay Grill and Bar.  To be eligible for the Early Bird Draws tickets must be purchased by noon on the day before the draw.  Closing date for sale of tickets will be January 4th 2019 at 12 noon.
  2. Two tickets will be drawn at 7pm on First Friday each month, beginning January 4th 2019, at Blackwater Coffee Co.  The first ticket drawn each month is for the monthly Grand Prize and the second is for a $100 consolation prize. Then both tickets will be put back in the drum to be eligible for all remaining draws.
  3. Monthly Grand Prize winner may choose one of three options:  Choice of one trip valued at $3,000 based on double occupancy, or a Maritime Travel Gift Certificate valued at $2,000(no expiration date) or Cash amount of $1,500. No cash value on trip taken and no refund if booked and not used.  Prize voucher or gift certificate must be redeemed through the Maritime Travel Sarnia.   4. If you wish to choose the trip you must book within 90 days of the draw date and the trip must commence within 6 months of the draw date.  Book as early as possible due to limited space availability on these very popular destinations.  If the outlined $3,000 trip is not available you may arrange an alternate trip within the same time constraints, and the Raffle will pay the actual trip costs to a maximum of  $3,000.
  5. Canadian passport required valid for 6 months past the date of expected return for international travel.
  6. Trips offered were available at the time of printing of tickets and space is subject to availability at time of booking.  Blackout dates may apply. Maritime Travel has the right to offer different dates along with an alternative property if the package offered is not available as bookings are subject to change and availability.
  7. Maritime Travel will offer and may be purchased by winner, if needed: air and transfers for cruise or tour option; advance seat selection on flight, local tours or excursions; cancellation and medical insurance packages along with stop-over hotel parking packages. Winner is responsible for any locally collected departure taxes or fees.
  8. In case of dispute, all decisions by the Rotary Club of Sarnia, Ontario, Canada are final.
  9. Ticket purchaser gives permission for the Rotary Club of Sarnia to publish their name if drawn as a winner.
